If you plan to cite any definition you find in one of these kinds of legal dictionaries, be sure to do it the right way.
Legal dictionaries like this are not source material; they are secondary, being derived and compiled from the primary source material.
Their definitions are not something you can cite, as is. However, you could cite the primary legal authorities on which those definitions are based.
If you are using an edition which omits the primary source cites to underlying legal authority, you cannot use that edition for citing anything yourself.
